How Do You Want To Age?

Let's face it. Each day we are another day older. Time goes on and we can't do anything about that...or...can we? 

I say YES WE CAN!! 

Ok, I know I can't really stop time, but I do believe I can age much slower. It has been proven again and again for many years that we are what we eat. We have been shown how eating refined sugars will age us faster, I've read that consuming refined sugar rusts our body from the inside out!! YIKES! Now that's a visual that stuck with me. 

We have been hearing more about how processed foods are very low in the nutrition we need to stay vibrant and healthy. 

The outrageous intake of pop/cola in our diet blows my mind!! Why? Because as far as I can read on the label it has nothing real in it! Nothing from a whole food group. They are packed with sugar or sugar substitute. Now, don't get me wrong, I really like root beer, and ginger ale. I make it, yes make it! I use real sarsaparilla and sassafras in root beer, that's how it got its name...making it from dried roots, and I use real ginger root to make ale. It's not hard to do and takes very little time.

Enough of that, the reason I wanted to send this email is to let you know it takes more than diet to stay young. It takes being active, having good alignment, positive thoughts and getting enough rest. It takes PRANA - A Life Giving Force.

I have been living this whole life idea since the 80's when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I was given an antidepressant and a support group....neither one worked. As a young woman in her 20's with a toddler and an infant, I needed to figure out how to stop the pain I was experiencing and the foggy mind so I could keep up with my girls and work! 

What I didn't know at the time was the 'side effect' of my new lifestyle not only stopped the symptoms of fibromyalgia but was also slowing down the aging clock in my body. BONUS!!! 

In the weeks to come, I'll be sharing more about how it takes living a Whole Life to slow down how your body ages. When you decide to live a whole life it will be a long lasting, true Transformation!
